The Tai Chi principles are at the core of QiGong Shibashi practice. Application of these principles develops and deepens awareness of Qi, the life energy, and how this is directed and guided the through the body. Each of the four principles delivers different physical, mental and QiGong health benefits.

Quiet and calm the mind

Through training and developing the ability to quieten thoughts and focus on the present we can:

  • Bring the autonomic nervous system into ‘rest and digest’ mode
