Tai Chi QiGong Videos

Whether you want to practice between classes, during breaks from classes or when you are on holiday you can follow along with these recordings of some of the content from my weekly classes.

Simple QiGong Warm Up

I always start my QiGong classes with a gentle warm up taking us through all the major joints.

Shibashi Set 1

The original and foundational Shibashi Set. 18 gentle flowing moves providing a full body activation from a physical and Qi perspective, with a focus on the lower dantien.

Shibashi Set 2

Another beautiful set of 18 movements offering a full body activation from a physical and Qi perspective, with a focus on the middle dantien and Qi flow in the legs.

Five Elements QiGong Sequence

A beautiful and simple sequence of moves focused on the 5 elements of QiGong. A greate option if you are short on time and want a quick sequence that provides a full body activation.

Happy Days, Lee Form

A fun and short sequence that I learnt from TCfBH Senior Instructor Mabli, who in turn learnt it from a Lee instructor here in the UK, Nigel, who devised the sequence, which starts with the Lee form for the Fire element.

Mountain Top

A beautiful compact sequence which I learnt from the team at TCfBH and which was shared originally by Angus Clark, a Tai Chi practitioner based in the West Country, UK. A simple practice for deep relaxation and opening the Qi channels.
